At Rancho, your property manager is a partner who will work effectively and efficiently with you. The Property Manager will attend your Condominium Board of Directors meetings and actively work to listen to your concerns, advise you on courses of action, and help you stay aware of what is going on in your building.
Rancho will receive, record and deposit monthly Condo fees collected from all owners and deposit them in a Trust Account, and maintain full records thereof.
