Property management services-Carefree maintenance

The appearance of your property is paramount to owner satisfaction and maintaining its value.  Rancho will look after all of your seasonal maintenance (landscaping, snow removal, lawn maintenance) and ensure that your property is well maintained.  Maintenance fees are always used in the most efficient and effective manner.


Additional service include:

  • Ongoing project inspections to ensure that your property is well maintained
  • Preventative maintenance programs
  • Liaison services with contractors and service people
  • Volume discounts in areas such as garbage removal, insurance and landscaping

 

Finance and administration services

Rancho will manage the day-to-day administration of your project and prepare a detailed Annual Operating Budget (in cooperation with the Condominium Board)

We offer:

  • A fully computerized accounting system that allows us to continually monitor your revenues and expenses and produce reports when you want them
  • Monthly collection of maintenance fees from each owner recorded and deposited in a separate trust bank account for the project to optimize interest income
  • Reserve funds are established and administered in conjunction with long term plans for major capital expenditures
  • Gains through carefully invested reserve fund monies
