Rental Services

  • Administer the rent levels of the project including the marketing of any suites, which come available, and the issuing of rent increases to obtain the maximum level of rental income.

  • Make or cause to be made such repairs, renovations and/or alterations that are required.

  • Negotiate contracts for the building.

  • Supervise the collection of rents or other items.

  • Generally do and perform all things necessary and desirable for the proper and efficient management and operation of the property.

  • Attend the project regularly or as required to note and record any problems.

  • Arrange for and meet contractors and vendors as required.

  • Receive and respond to all correspondence in connection with the project.

  • Maintain a 24-hour emergency answering service.
